Hotel Stefanie - Vienna'S Oldest Hotel, Vienna

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms had a bit of wear but were charming with high ceilings, providing a comfortable experience. The service was outstanding, offering help with everything without any excuses. The location was very convenient for exploring historical sites and using public transportation. The dining experience was great with a wide variety of foods, although a fee was required. Overall, a lovely hotel with some minor drawbacks.

The double superior room overlooking the courtyard was a good size for two people, quiet, and filled with plenty of extra amenities like shoe shine polish, shower cap, nail file, and face flannels. It was very clean, comfortable, well laid out with lots of attention to detail including a shoe horn, LED light magnifying mirror, toiletries, and more. The hotel provides a great value for a comfortable stay with attention to detail.

The hotel room was equipped with AC, which was a lifesaver during the hot week of my stay, along with a walk-in wardrobe, plenty of lighting, and free Wi-Fi. However, the room was quite far from the reception, main entrance, and restaurants, priced at €110 each, similar to other hotels visited on the trip.
